Shipping Charges
- Orders will be delivered via a third party courier company.
- AED 15 shipping charge applies to all deliveries within the UAE.
- NO cash on delivery available.
Order Processing Time
Processing time is 2-5 business days and delivery is 1-3 business days so in total customer has to wait 5 - 7 business days
Orders placed after 12 pm or during the weekend will be processed during the next working day. We do not ship to any country other than the UAE.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The customer will receive a payment confirmation e-mail within one working day of the order being placed.
- A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- orlandosports.ae reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if the location is in a remote area.
- Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
